Cancellation Policy — Home Service Leads

Home Service Leads is a service of Firm Foundations Marketing LLC. We believe you should stay because the leads work, not because a contract traps you. This Cancellation Policy explains how to pause or cancel your campaign at any time.

1. No long-term contract

All Home Service Leads campaigns are month-to-month or weekly based on your billing cycle. You are not locked into a long-term agreement, annual plan, or retainer unless you have separately signed a custom enterprise agreement in writing.

2. How to cancel

To cancel or pause your campaign, email support@homserviceleads.com with the subject line “Cancel” or “Pause” and include your business name and the phone number or email address associated with your account. You may also cancel by replying STOP to any SMS from our team and following the confirmation instructions, but email is the fastest method for account-level changes.

3. Cancellation timing & billing

Requests received before the start of your next weekly billing cycle stop all future charges.
Estimates already delivered during the current week are billed normally; no estimates are delivered after the cancellation is confirmed.
There are no cancellation fees, termination fees, or hidden penalties.
You will receive written confirmation within 1 business day.

4. Pausing vs. canceling

You may pause your campaign instead of canceling. A pause stops all new lead delivery and billing until you tell us to resume. Pauses are also free and can be requested by the same email method. We do not charge a reactivation fee.

5. What happens to your data

After cancellation, we retain your account information and lead history for ordinary business, legal, and tax purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of personal information by emailing support@homserviceleads.com.

6. Refunds

Cancellation is separate from billing disputes or refunds. If you believe you were charged for an estimate that did not meet our qualification criteria, see our Refund Policy for replacement and refund eligibility.
