Refund Policy.

Home Service Leads is a service of Firm Foundations Marketing LLC. We sell pay-per-estimate lead delivery, not advertising impressions or clicks. This Refund Policy explains when you qualify for a replacement estimate or a refund.

1. You only pay for booked estimates

You are billed a flat fee only when we deliver a booked, qualified estimate appointment to your calendar. An estimate is considered delivered when a homeowner appointment is confirmed with date, time, and address details sent to you by SMS and email.

2. Replacement guarantee

We replace estimates at no additional cost when:

  • The homeowner no-shows the confirmed appointment and does not reschedule within 5 business days.
  • The appointment was set outside the agreed qualification criteria (e.g., wrong service area, wrong trade type, or renter instead of homeowner).
  • The homeowner explicitly cancels the appointment before it occurs and is no longer interested in an estimate.

To request a replacement, email support@homserviceleads.com within 5 business days of the scheduled appointment with the appointment details and a brief explanation. Approved replacements are delivered within the next available weekly cycle.

3. When a refund may apply

Refunds are issued only in the following limited situations:

  • We charged you for an estimate that was never delivered due to a technical or internal error on our side.
  • A replacement estimate cannot be reasonably fulfilled within 30 days and you choose a refund instead of waiting.
  • You were double-billed for the same estimate in the same weekly cycle.

Refunds are not issued for appointments that you cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend; for homeowners who change their mind after a completed estimate; or for low close rates. We deliver the opportunity, not guaranteed revenue.

4. Refund method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method on file within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not issue refunds via cash, check, or third-party payment apps.

5. Billing disputes

If you dispute a charge, contact us first at support@homserviceleads.com. We aim to resolve billing questions within 2 business days. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in pausing your campaign until the dispute is resolved.
