Terms of Service — Home Service Leads

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Home Service Leads website and services ("Services"), operated by Firm Foundations Marketing LLC. By booking a call, signing up, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Home Service Leads provides pay-per-estimate lead-generation services to home-service contractors, primarily through doorknocking and appointment-setting. Specific service scope, target territory, weekly cap, and per-estimate flat fee are confirmed in writing during onboarding.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your business to use the Services.

3. Booked estimates & pricing

You agree to pay the flat per-estimate fee quoted to you for each qualified, booked estimate delivered. Estimates are considered delivered when an appointment is set with a homeowner who meets the qualification criteria agreed during onboarding (e.g., homeowner status, decision-maker present, project type, service area).

4. Replacement guarantee

If a delivered estimate does not meet the agreed qualification criteria, or if the homeowner no-shows the appointment, we will replace it at no additional cost, provided you report the issue within 5 business days of the scheduled appointment with reasonable supporting detail.

5. Billing

Estimates are billed on a weekly cycle via the payment method on file. Invoices are sent for the prior week's delivered estimates. Failed or disputed payments may result in pausing of new appointment delivery until resolved.

6. Pause & cancellation

You may pause or cancel your campaign at any time with no fees, by emailing support@homserviceleads.com with subject line "Cancel" or "Pause":

Requests received before your next weekly cycle stop all future charges.
In-flight estimates already delivered during the current week are billed; nothing after.
You will receive written confirmation within 1 business day.
No long-term contracts, no retainers, no phone tree.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to: (a) honor scheduled appointments and conduct estimates professionally; (b) provide accurate information about your service area, capacity, and qualification criteria; (c) comply with all applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state Do-Not-Call laws, and licensing requirements; and (d) not misuse, resell, or transfer leads to third parties without our written consent.

8. Communications & consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls, SMS, and emails from us about the Services as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Firm Foundations Marketing LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee specific revenue, close rates, or business outcomes. You are solely responsible for converting estimates into paying customers.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firm Foundations Marketing LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Firm Foundations Marketing LLC and Home Service Leads from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Firm Foundations Marketing LLC is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
